The main objective of this project is to show the feasibility of being able to reuse the wastewater generated in the slaughterhouse. The aim is to detect those limiting factors that currently exist for companies in the meat sector in the field of water reuse and, once identified, to be able to apply and validate innovative technologies on a pilot scale that enable them to comply with the requirements established by the Administration to be able to use treated water in activities outside the production process. The Project funded through the Operació 16.01.01 (cooperation for innovation) of the RDP of Catalonia 2014-2022, will host a total of 7 participants, including Grup Viñas.
